Este organismo revisar\u00e1 el presunto plagio de su tesis de licenciatura.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con esta decisi\u00f3n, la UNAM no podr\u00e1 emitir una resoluci\u00f3n sobre el caso de Esquivel y su tesis de licenciatura de Derecho por tiempo indefinido.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, la universidad no descart\u00f3 hacer uso del recurso de impugnaci\u00f3n, tras la determinaci\u00f3n judicial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dgcs.unam.mx\/boletin\/bdboletin\/2023_146.html\">comunicado<\/a>, la UNAM asegur\u00f3 que acatar\u00e1 la orden judicial, pero usar\u00e1 todos los medios para cumplir con su funci\u00f3n constitucional.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">La UNAM informa.<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/DJ9Bb7BikP\">https:\/\/t.co\/DJ9Bb7BikP<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash;
