El Gobierno no ten\u00eda pruebas confiables para corroborar los testimonios. El se\u00f1or Garc\u00eda Luna, su familia y la defensa confiamos en el proceso y confiamos en que el jurado ver\u00eda a trav\u00e9s del caso del Gobierno. Luna<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Garc\u00eda Luna trabaj\u00f3 en el cuerpo de inteligencia durante una d\u00e9cada, encabez\u00f3 la<strong> Agencia Federal de Investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong> (AFI), cuyo objetivo principal era luchar contra el crimen organizado, durante el Gobierno de Vicente Fox (2000-2006), y fue secretario de Seguridad P\u00fablica durante el sexenio de Felipe Calder\u00f3n (2006-2012)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El exfuncionario fue detenido en diciembre de 2019 en Texas y est\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n hasta la fecha.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con un informe de la\u00a0<strong>Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera<\/strong>, durante m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os como funcionario p\u00fablico, <strong>Genaro Garc\u00eda<\/strong> Luna obtuvo 40 contratos con diversos \u00f3rganos de seguridad p\u00fablica en M\u00e9xico, a trav\u00e9s de un conglomerado empresarial familiar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En total, habr\u00edan participado 44 empresas para realizar las contrataciones il\u00edcitas y transferir los recursos al extranjero<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JesusGar\/status\/1628123308343365650\">.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La UIF se\u00f1ala a\u00a0<strong>Linda Cristina Pereyra<\/strong>, esposa de Genaro Garc\u00eda Luna, como participante principal de esa red de \u201c<strong>corrupci\u00f3n, delincuencia organizada y lavado de dinero<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Otras personas mencionadas como
